GFT JOINS AFT LEADERS TO STRENGTHEN EDUCATION

Union leaders of GFT met with various local leaders of AFT to strengthen our initiatives in providing high quality education to our children at the AFT Western Regional Conference.  GFT leaders collaborated with other union leaders on effectively engaging with our members and uniting the voices of all our stakeholders, parents, students, teachers, school staff and the broaden community.  The conference reinforced the AFT initiatives of reclaiming the promise of high-quality public services for strong communities to ensure our tax dollars are properly invested and our public employees are well-prepared and supported.
