GFT MEMBER RON ESPINA SEMI-FINALIST FOR AFT EVERYDAY HERO AWARD!

GFT member and teacher at Benavente middle school, Ron Espina, was nominated for AFT’s Everyday Hero Award and is now a semi-finalist!  This award will be given to extraordinary union members of AFT after a nationwide nomination and voting process.  Members selected to receive this award will be recognized for going beyond their daily responsibilities and making a difference every day in the workplace or the community.  GFT members, please be on the lookout for voting announcements to support your fellow union brother!
