Senator Rory Respicio responded to DOE Superintendent Jon Fernandez regarding the explanation provided by Fernandez for the DOE SY 20115-2016 revised calendar. Senator Respicio believes the completion of the collective bargaining agreement will resolve this issue as well as any similar concerns in the future.
