The GFT – GWA Collective Bargaining Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding has been renewed for another year. The agreement was ratified by both the GFT membership, GWA management and the CCU. The agreement covers all areas pertaining to employee working conditions such as transfers and detail assignments, overtime, leave, performance evaluation, parental leave and more. The recognized unit of the collective bargaining agreement includes all non-management employees within GWA.
