LAW ENFORCEMENT RETIREMENT CASE HEARING ON OCTOBER 30

There will be a court hearing on October 30, 2018 at 10am on GFT’s case against the Government of Guam Retirement Fund for miscalculations of retirement earnings for law enforcement officers. GFT’s legal counsel has submitted its brief for conducting discovery and awaiting for Retirement Fund’s brief. All those concerned and affected are encouraged to attend the hearing.
