GFT legal representatives are preparing an appellate brief to the Guam Supreme Court challenging the Guam Superior Court’s decision on the law enforcement retirement case. GFT had filed a Writ of Mandate against the Government of Guam Retirement Fund for erroneous calculations of retirement earnings for law enforcement officers who received a lump sum of the remaining forty percent pay increase authorized under PL 29-105.
