The new AFT Western Regional Director, Ramiro Hernandez, and the head of the AFT Organizing and Field Services, Darrin Nedrow, were on island for a day and visited GFT President, Sanjay Sharma, and Vice President, Timothy Fedenko, at the GFT office. Hernandez and Nedrow discussed strengthening the presence of unions throughout the Pacific region.
