Port members held their ratification voting for the GFT – Port Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) last Friday, December 6, 2019 and approved the changes agreed upon by both negotiation teams. The CBA will now be submitted back to the Attorney General then to the Governor for final approval. Work hours, scheduling, hazard pay and various other employee working conditions were negotiated in the CBA. The CBA covers all Port Operations and Maintenance employees.
