GFT – GDOE Union Chair, Doris Terlaje, was presented a resolution by Senator Joe S. San Agustin on her retirement for thirty (30) years of service to the Guam Department of Education. Terlaje was a Kindergarten teacher, Chamorro Studies Curriculum Writer, and School Librarian.
Terlaje has also been an active union member advocating for employee rights and a better quality of life for working families. Terlaje has held various union positions as a Union Chair, Vice-Chair, Board-Union Representative, Field Representative, Organizer and Professional Development Instructor and Coordinator. Terlaje plans to continue her active role in GFT.
